Today closes the chapter of my life in which I work at AU in the capacity of an IT professional. If you're a longtime reader of This Blog and You, you may realize that this chapter began on August 11, 2008. If you're a semi-longtime reader of This Blog and You, you may realize that I had been contemplating resigning my position in ITS in favor of pursuing a full-time studentship in the SOT for over a year now. I guess that I can agree with the 2008 version of myself: God treats me better than I deserve.

One of my classes I this past semester was Theological Ethics. As a result, I have been telling some version of this joke constantly for the past three months.
